He has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including corporate and contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, debt recovery, intellectual property disputes and claims made pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law. Mark also has a wide range of experience in insolvency and bankruptcy law and has recently completed the ARITA (Australian Reconstruction, Insolvency and Turnaround Association) Advanced Insolvency Law and Practice course.
