Callum Twigger
Senior Associate
Callum has a broad practice including insolvency, corporate disputes, consumer law, and employment law.
Callum has assisted companies subject to winding-up applications and directors facing DPN liabilities, and he has significant experience in successfully resolving complex corporate insolvency matters.
He has also substantial experience working in consumer law with a specialisation in consumer law claims concerning cars, caravans, boats, and other vehicles, and was previously in-house counsel for a major Australian automotive dealership group.
Callum has represented both employees and employers in respect of discrimination, restraint of trade, breach of confidence and other sensitive matters.
With a prior background in investment banking Callum has also advised in respect of capital raises, takeovers, shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes.
Callum graduated from Notre Dame University in 2016 and was admitted to practice in 2017.
