Brandon Yip

Brandon graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Marketing) in 2019 and a Juris Doctor in 2023. He was admitted to practice in 2024.
Brandon practises in general commercial law, with experience in restructuring and insolvency, consumer law, employment law and property matters.
With a background in commerce and ongoing professional development with CA ANZ as a provisional member, Brandon brings a financially informed approach to his matters. He understands the commercial pressures faced by business owners, directors and creditors and focuses on practical, outcome-driven solutions rather than abstract legal theory.
Brandon speaks Mandarin and Cantonese and can assist clients who prefer to discuss their legal issues in Chinese, before preparing formal advice in plain English. He is particularly interested in supporting small and medium enterprises to manage risk and protect what they have built.
