Cost Disclosure
Our professional fees are usually charged on a time spent basis. Our current hourly charge-out rates are as follows (on a GST exclusive basis):

| Senior Associates | $400 - $600 |
| Associates | $350 - $500 |
| Lawyers | $250 - $500 |
| Paralegals | $100 - $300 |
| Articled Clerks | $100 - $300 |
| Clerks | $100 - $300 |
The above rates are reviewed periodically and are subject to change as prescribed by the terms of our Cost Agreement.
So as to better inform our clients of the potential cost of our services, in respect of commercial drafting matters, where possible we will fix out fees. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
